Pre-ordered The Riddler (aka "Enigma" villain), and i'm really looking forward to setting that one up.

I missed out on the Joker but there seem to be a lot of them on ebay from sellers based in China right now, has anyone ordered one of these? Is it the same item or a knockoff?

The company selling the figures is based in China-- my neighbor bought one from this seller on eBay

Mars Joker Figure IN STOCK

They shipped it immediately and it made it to the states in like a ridiculous 7 days. I was astounded and it's not a cheap knock off.

I did not see Andy Fish's message in time to buy the Prank Villain from his recommended dealer, and the first person I tried to buy it from ripped me off! Fortunately ebay refunds money without question these days. Anyway I bought it from someone else and it finally arrived, even has the surprised face, which I thought was a pre-order exclusive. Amazing quality figure!

How to make a Joker Diarama in 10 minutes according to this video

By the way, it seems all the Joker/Prankster variants have shipped. Also, the Mars Toys FB thread has a post by Kit Chen with a picture of their Batman costume and “next week” as the tag line, so perhaps they will release one too. No other info at this time

Verrrry interesting... So far I hadn't seen any talk of Mars Toys doing a Batman and/or Robin in their 1/6 line.

Ben, Frank said Saturn and Mars are the same guy/team. The second run of these are due in early December.

Really? One of the online 1:6 scale dealers recently said (last week) the B&R box set would see a second run during the 2nd quarter of 2024.

It is a second run with updated shorts that fit better, not as baggy.

The seller I cited in the thread above has the Joker figure in stock and Batman and Robin figures listed as coming soon. Again, I didn't buy from them but my neighbor did and was shocked at how quickly the figure arrived.

The Batman skin tone looks better than the Hot Toys one, and am I seeing things or is he being issued without the fat padding hot toys had?

Andy, he is a little thinner than the HT Batman, the skin tone is definitely different. The Joker has been out for several months and the Batman and Robin re-issue is being shipped soon.

As good as the Mars toys sculpts are, and the “Enigma villain“ (Riddler) is realistic, there was always something about the smiling sculpt that disturbed me. I didn’t get Frank Gorshin vibes from that head sculpt. Rather, I got “crazed alcoholic craving his next drink” vibes. The feeling that saliva was just about to start drooling out of his mouth seems palpable.

Additionally, that sculpt reminded me of someone else, but I could not place it until just now: it reminds me more of Stevie Starr, the Regurgitator. Anybody remember him? He used to make the late night rounds decades ago. He could swallow different objects and then regurgitate them back in different order, completely separated, like a glass of water and a cup of sugar, then spit them back up in a different order, completely unmixed.
