Did you notice the Post Office cancellation mark is dated in October 1964 ??? Hmmm...Batman premiered Jan. 12 1966
It does say online he was a member of the ASCAP since 1953 but why sign on this specific item when Neil Hefti isn't even one of the pictured?

I’m guessing the card was signed very much after 1964 (could even have been decades later).
First issue stamp postcards are frequently used to obtain autographs from people who are not the subject of (and even completely unrelated to) the stamp issued.
