This reminds me of a true story that I read years ago, before the Internet. It was too long ago for me to remember all of the details, but the article contained a collection of anecdotes from my state’s various law-enforcement agencies. This particular anecdote went like this:

The manager of a local opera house was in a hurry to get to work (I believe they had a performance). He was driving his long, black Lincoln Continental and, being in a hurry, was “bending the physics“ of the speed limit when he was pulled over. The officer began chastising the driver for significantly exceeding the speed limit, asking: “What do you think you’re driving, the Batmobile?” The opera house manager quietly handed his driver’s license over to the officer when requested. After looking at the driver’s license, the officer let the opera house manager go. The manager’s last name was, in fact, Batman.

I'm surprised she didn't give the kids her ex-husband's phone number! :lol:
