I bought a set of these years ago. They are listed at about half the price on target.com vs when they first came out, but mine each came with a base that lights up. The eyes also light up, and they included accessories like a batarang and bat-radio, and extra hands. I don't think the Target versions include all the extras. They're surprisingly heavy since they are mostly made of metal.
