With the black suits, you can’t distinguish the black Bat chest logo from the costume. How did the bad guys know who’s busting them?

That cowl above the cape reminds me of Adam in the Legion of Superheroes. Let’s see it under the cape?

Except for the filthy utility belt and the chest emblem, I see no resemblance whatsoever to the 1966 costume.

Just buy any Batman costume you like, slap the chest emblem on it and wear a 1966 style utility belt. Voilà!
