There is a resemblance. The clothing and pose are similar. Ms Carter's dark, flowing hair is a close match to Catwoman's too.

Yeah, it is pretty close. I can just hear the theme show music right now:

"Dah-Dah, Dah-Duh, Dah-Dah! Catwomaaaan.... Catwomaaaan.... Your Meow-Mix is waiting for youuuuu..."
