Vintage 66 Batman Slide Puzzles?

I found an auction on Ebay for "Vintage 1967 Batman tv show" Slide puzzles. Says manufactured in China. I see other FULL box sets that have recently sold too, but I didn't find any singles of any of these that have sold in past.

I'm wondering if these are NEW products or actually vintage as advertised. I ask because I've never seen them before.


Total box contains:
144 puzzles
24 collections
Each collection consists of 6 puzzles.

That is very interesting. First impression was that these are new, but then I noticed the “made in Hong Kong” labels. Given that most of the factories that originally made things in Hong Kong have relocated to mainland China, it seems possible that these are vintage - unless the labels are part of the insidious plan to pass them off as vintage.

-72 puzzles, set of 12 (all 6 characters) for $900 and $700
-144 puzzles, set of 24 for $579 and $510
-single sets of 6 characters, $150, $150

So this set of 144 should sell for ???

and his photo show 6 boxes of 6 dozen = 432 puzzles

past actions 72+72+144+144=432 (plus single sets)
current auction adds another 144 plus the single sets?
maybe more to come?

I was going to guess South America-- BATMAN was big down there when the show re-ran in the 70s.
