I just re-watched every episode of Season 1 and really enjoyed it. I went straight into Season 3 and wow! The contrast! Adam did a great job in Season 1 trying to portray a comic book accurate portrayal of Batman. I love him but he went over the top in Season 3. Season 3 is like a standalone show. ...

Given his decades of work and many notable serious roles, its understandable he would get irked by a campy TV role being called his best work. Not something an old school actor would probably want to hear. If the interviewer had said favorite role instead of best, then it probably wouldn't have both...

Sorry to hear this. I always remember him as a passionate fan, particularly of The Siren.

That was a pretty good impression of Pengy's quack.

Best episode is his first one. It had a lot of Joker like qualities such as him being annoyed he was not in the comedians hall of fame. Worst is the surf episode of season 3. Even from Joker's crazy stand point it made no sense. How in the hell could he rule Gotham City by becoming king of the surf....

Honestly never. When I first saw it on TV in the 90's I tuned in every week. Even when the episodes dipped in quality in season 3 I was still hooked til the end.

One of my fav episodes. The humor was particularly good in this one. The Bat trap was very unique. Penguin's courtroom speech is a gem. Chickadee is the most badass moll ever - how many molls threatened to blow out Aunt Harriet's brains? The writing was sharp - Penguin recognizing Alfred straight aw...
