How about 'The Flapjacker' as a villain? Dressed as a chef he flips exploding pancakes at the dynamic duo? This would be in the line of Simon the Pieman - one of my favorites from the Filmation '68 animated series. I have to say, I have watched a bunch of episodes of The Brave and the Bold and other than the costume and logos there is NO similarity to the 1966 TV series. Altho I would love to see a real direct translation...

Actually, MattNes, on B&B, Batman would say things like "You dastardly FIEND!" quite a few times. And as I already stated, Joker recalled several death-traps he used to try to kill Batman and Robin with, and we saw appearances by several villains outside of the live-action show during an attempted prison break.
