Iv'e already got the comics and cartoons well covered. But does anybody know of any references to the series in movies or tv shows from 70's?
And was this encounter that Adam West had with Jerry Lawler really from the 70's?

Re: Batman TV Series References in 70's Media
I remember Burt Ward's appearance on the Dick Cavett show in the early to mid-1970s. Unfortunately, I have never been able to find any footage of this particular program. I know that Dick asked Burt many questions about his experiences on the show.

Thanks for sharing both those videos! they were great!
I met Adam West in Sioux City iowa at Workd of wheels, I do have to admit it
was a letdown seeing Batman sitting there enjoying a cold beer..
I walked up to him and started talking to him, I was surprised he started talking to me!
I had about a 10 minute conversation with him. I was surprised he wasn't mobbed, but he was in back
out of the way. I knew when to go before he got sick of talking to me but he said I was asking a lot of good questions for a kid my age "12" Gosh I wish NBC had picked up the series, but the set was gone and so was all hope.. It was an amazing day and I didn't want to wash my hand from shaking Batmans.
Thank you Adam (if you happen to see this) for a memory that has lasted a lifetime!

I may not agree with what you say at times, But I will fight for your right to say it!

1977, I believe. No later than '79.Robin Holyisms wrote:Iv'e already got the comics and cartoons well covered. But does anybody know of any references to the series in movies or tv shows from 70's?
