batman show for today

Hey guy if you could make a batman show for TV today. How would you do it?
I would some what follow the 66 show( for obvious reasons) I would have the same style costumes with little differences. I would have batman out in the day as well ( oppose to only at night in the newer dark night form) he would be a deputised officer like the 66 show ( oppose to a vigilante in the dark night)
Would also have robin or dick gras on living at the mansion( basicly like the 66 show)
Here's a little twist Celina kyle "Catwoman" would also live there as she would be Bruce Wayne's live in girlfriend. But Catwoman would not be a criminal in this show but a vigilante.
The colorful cast of vilans would be present joker,penguin, Riddler, falce face,Mr freeze,mad hatter ext
Now my show would be on a more serious note but still kid friendly or at least teenage appropriate.
There's more but that all I can think of at the moment.

So what are you ideas??

ROBIN (slamming fist into palm, you know, like he always does):
"Holy Jellyfish - HER again."

She'd probably use jellyfish stingers as trank darts, or something.

The Sea Hag would be a wily,sexy,and EVIL Scuba Diving Villainess.She and her Scuba gang would steal cash and gems.Her goal would be to become Queen of the Criminal Underworld in Gotham City.Their criminal hideout would be an abandoned Sea Marina on the Gotham City Waterfront.

Her two Scuba Henchwomen could be named either Sea Maid and Tsunami, or Sea Nymph and Sea Fox.On Sea Fox,I borrowed that from a Batman Comic.Any suggestions or ideas?
