Re: Sea Hag Fan Fiction
Once they put all of the "Sea Clues" together,Batman and Robin, clad in Scuba gear, took the Batboat to the former location of The Gotham City Mariner and Yacht Club. The Sea Hag was alerted to their arrival by closed circuit tv.While Sea Maid and Tsuami readied the "inescapeable"Sea Trap,The Sea Hag instructed her Scuba henchmen to ambush and capture The Dynamic Duo upon their arrival.By the way,the three women would join them in the depths.

When they arrived at the former Gotham City Mariner and Yacht Club,Batman and Robin took to the Depths.Upon entry into the Ocean Depths, they were ambushed by The Sea Hag and her Scuba gang.At first The Dynamic Duo were able to administer a BLOOP and a THWACK to the Scuba henchmen. However,Sea Maid and Tsuami fired "Sea Darts" from their Spear Guns.Batman and Robin were helplessly knocked out. They were then taken away.

Re: Sea Hag Fan Fiction
When they awakened,Batman and Robin found themselves strapped to two gigantic "Sea Wheels."The Sea Hag was in the water, her round Scuba mask up,looking up gloatingly and EVILLY at them.Sea Maid stood at the controls of one "Sea Wheel";Tsuami stood at the other. The Sea Hag said:"At last Batman you and Robin will meet your Sea Doom. You see, when the Sea Wheels are activated, knockout gas will rise up from the water. The wheels will descend into the water which is a bottemless "Sea Pit."You will be helplessly plunging forever in the Sea.Ladies activate the wheels ."Sea Maid and Tsuami activate the wheels. They then join The Sea Hag in the water. Before all three take to the Ocean Depths to watch The Dynamic Duo plunge to their "Sea Doom",The Sea Hag says:"Farewell Dynamic Duo."Then all three say:"HA,HA,HA,HA,HA,HA,................................................................."

Re: Sea Hag Fan Fiction
Once Batman and Robin hit the water, thanks to an anti knockout pill that both have taken,Batman and Robin are able to awaken. This enrages The Sea Hag.She orders her Scuba henchmen to finish Batman and Robin. However, the alert Dynamic Duo adminster a BLOOP and a THWACK to them. The Sea Hag and Scuba henchwomen attempt to escape but Batman and Robin capture and bring them to justice.Later,in his office,a grateful Commissioner Gordon thanks the Dynamic Duo for once again saving Gotham City.

Re: Sea Hag Fan Fiction
She looks lovely! You captured her. Like Anne Francis aka Honey West -- who elmgraham envisioned as the character. I think you even got the beauty mark! BTW, you're absolutely insane.dell wrote:I put the Sea Hag in the proper gear and dyed her hair.

I'm seeing a little Reta Shaw in her, definitely.dell wrote:I put the Sea Hag in the proper gear and dyed her hair.

Just a friendly moderator note (no pun intended): Please stop fishing for comments and activity on this and other threads. If people participate, then they will do so. You've already asked for this sort of thing many, many times already (many of them disrupting other threads). Stop prompting. This is the last I will mention it in this manner. Any rebuttal needs to be handled via PM. Thank you.elmrgraham wrote:.Any more comments or suggestions fellow Bat-Fans?

Re: Sea Hag Fan Fiction
elmrgraham obviously didn't like my alternative interpretation of The Sea Hag.
The reason why I devised such a different villainess is that the description on the back of the original card is so obviously a makeweight rather than a serious attempt to explain who the femme fatale with the speargun actually is. The classic sixties navy blue wetsuit that she is wearing, for example, has absolutely no distinguishing markings or colour scheme (apart from yellow stripes down the arms and legs of a sort common to many diving suits) to suggest that it is the uniform of a conventional 'Batman' villain. (The Riddler wore a green wetsuit with a question mark on his chest when he went underwater for the 1967 TV episode 'Batman's Anniversary', while the Sea-Fox, whose path the Caped Crusader had passed in 'Lair of the Sea-Fox' in 'Batman #132' in June 1960, personalised his purple wetsuit with fox ears and a fox's head emblem on his chest). The woman in 'Danger in the Depths' is by comparison functionally - albeit very sexily - attired in what is effectively civilian dress rather than as a Batman baddie; while the way her shoulders are aggressively hunched as she fires that speargun shows that she obviously means business (more James Bond, in fact, which is why I've made her an evil killer rather than a more colourful but less lethal Batman adversary).
Batman's adversaries usually have colourful alter egos like The Riddler or Catwoman, rather than using their real names, like Edward Nigma or Selina Kyle. So rather than answering to a name like Jane Smith, International Jewel Thief, or Helga Kroll, Enemy Agent, The Sea Hag was born; an alias I suspect few young ladies themselves would have embraced with enthusiasm...!

Re: Sea Hag Fan Fiction
Wait, didn't you read the story? She left "Sea Clues"! And plans to become "The Underworld Queen of Crime"! You don't think young women of the late 60's wanted to be referred to as "hags"? I guess we'll have to agree to disagree. BTW, "Jane Smith, International Jewel Thief"? I actually like the sound of that! I'm thinking Stephanie Powers. Wearing Tisha Sterling's old outfit from Ma Parker! Sort of like Lex Luthor in the 60's. who wore his prison oufit even after he escaped from jail.Quarhog wrote: Batman's adversaries usually have colourful alter egos like The Riddler or Catwoman, rather than using their real names, like Edward Nigma or Selina Kyle.
