Thanks, I'm glad you like the radio. It was fun to build, and without having a genuine screen used sample to examine first-hand, it sort of "feels" authentic to me.
But one thing I noticed after the fact, while watching the bluray, is that the antennae on mine are too long - my lowest position is the real prop's HIGHEST position. They push in nearly flush with the top of the radio. So, that's something to re-do sometime in the future!

I am always a fan of stuff like this. Even going about it the way you are/did is impressive in itself. It looks fantastic.
