I missed that game. What was their reason for having the Batmobile present?

Here is something that happened to me Jan 8th, Wizard World. I walked down from my office to City Hall (dressed as the penguin) to show off my costume. As we are wrapping up our discussion, outside the entrance, one of the employees compliments my costume. NOW HERE IS WHERE IT GETS WEIRD! The guy proceeds to tell me how cool the BATMOBILE is. "My good friend's dad own THE Body shop that built it." I said "OH! George Barris" "No, (mentions some name) from (some city in Louisiana). You know it was based on a 1959 Cadillac?" I replied "no, it was based on the Ford Futura concept car." Then his face just turned to pure disgust and I left because HE RIGHT and I'M WRONG. How many of these idiots do you run into that think they know someone who created the BATMOBILE for the show?

actually, it was a LINCOLN Futura, concept car - but yes Lincoln is a Ford product.
