French Batman by

French poster for the "Batman" feature film of 1966 from a recent purchase, "The Fantastic Chronicle of Movie Posters: Superheroes" (Flame Tree Publishing, 2015). Featuring "le joker (the Joker), le pingouin (the Penguin), la femme chat (the Catwoman) et le sphinx (the Riddler)"! I would have perhaps expected "l'énigme" for Riddler, as in "l'énigme du Sphinx" ("Riddle of the Sphinx"), but they went with "le sphinx"?
I didn't buy this one, but was tempted:

Nice.....Brony. I'll look the next time I get to the "Books-A- Million" in my area. Did the "Trek" ones come from the same place?
Thanks,
Larry

Thanks, Brony. Once You get to Gatlinburg, You are relatively close to Fairborn, Ohio where I live. The important word is Relative. It's still a few hours away from where You live, but somewhat closer.
Cheers,
Larry

My wife got me both the Matty Collector DC Classic TV Series Batman Cowl AND Batman Utility belt for Father's Day last week.
They are both RIDICULOUSLY awesome.

Not sure which one of us you're referring to Larry, but I think a lot of us are lucky folks!

Hi Andy,
I don't even remember who I was addressing. There are a lot of us who are lucky on this board.
Have a great week, Andy,

The Batman portion of the official DC site has some really fantastic shirts. Tons of great shirts from the 60s and 70s. Since I'm seldom in anything other that an Astros shirt or Batman shirt, I'm a frequent visitor.
