King Cobra I believe is the green guy, Some of these cels and drawings were first posted on this site 8 years ago when someone asked who the bad guys were in the opening, here is the topic.

Reprints of these cells would make some cool Batman '66 collectibles. I don't have any Batman cells, but I do have three original cells from The Beatles 1968 film Yellow Submarine. I have a full Ringo, Jeremy (the boob), and two dancers from the Lucy in the Sky sequence. Old school animation cells are pretty cool.

I always thought the green guy was copperhead, who was in the comics of the period.
WHo knows?
