Holy highway robbery! 400 Pounds Sterling? No need for Lord Ffogg to commit crimes; just corner the market on personalized license plates.
I'm going to go out on a limb and guess neither of you fine gentlemen have purchased private plates before?
£399 is very much at the bottom end of the price spectrum.

I really shouldn't have, but after seeing this thread this morning, I totally cracked and bought the number.
Will keep you updated when I get the plates made and fitted.
Ha ha, congrats!
None of my bikes really fitted that plate, so I'm glad someone nabbed it, (the wife has explicitly forbidden my purchase of a personalised plate for her car after she spotted me bidding an ungodly sum on B19 POO lol).

That's awesome! I'm pleased that someone here ended up with it!
Currently waiting for the paperwork to arrive, then got to get the plates made, register the new number, sort out the tax changeover and let the insurers know.
All of that hassle because of a 54 year old TV show.
