Is This a Bat-Prop?

Post by Jim Beard »

Hi, old chums.

I'm at a show this weekend and at a booth that had actual LOST IN SPACE screen-used props and costumes, they had this "computer panel" that the owner said was also used on BATMAN. He showed me the under side of the top lid where it does say "Twentieth Century Fox."

So, was it used on the show? And if so, in what episode(s)?

I got to touch it, so I hope it's an actual BATMAN gewgaw

I can't help you. It looks like it could have been but my guess would be no. I don't remember anything with big colored knobs.
I guess it could have been repainted for LIS. I will keep my eyes peeled since I'm always surfing through these episodes.

Hope someone else can proove it right for you. I would love to know we are still discovering props.

Hey, thanks! It was cool enough just knowing I was able to touch an LoS prop!

sorry I didnt reply. I usually like to with some screen grabs but I dont think this ever was a Batman prop. LIS, I have the series and it sure could be I just dont have the captures on that series like I do with Batman. Cool item, probably was moved from show to show as needed!

Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea might be another possibility for this one.

I was thinking Time Tunnel. Looks like some of the knobs Lee would twist.

I checked the set, and it is not Time tunnel.

Thanks! It's definitely LoS, because they had a screen-grab from the show to prove it. Too bad it might not be BATMAN, too.
