No-- absolutely do not cut the belt off-- and be careful of the buckle, it will come off if you pull too hard.

The belt will slide down the figure with some gentle nudging. The head and hands pop off with minor pressure-- that lets you slide off the gloves and the same with the boots.

I am not a customizer, not experience with "dressing" dolls and I was able to replace the suit with very little effort-- it was so long ago I don't remember the exact steps but it was simple.

The "fat suit" padding comes off very easily.
I don't know about the fabric either, I doubt he used Chuck's, and it might not scale down properly.

I finally but it on and it is fabulous.
Absolutely worth the wait.
I left the " fat suit " on for now, but the new suit is tighter and I think slims him down a little.
It is a shirt and pants, not a full suit with zipper, mock turtleneck, and snaps in all the right places-but I think it is a vast improvement!
What do you good citizens think?

Congrats Jimbo! That really is an improvement, Tony does great work!

I remember seeing Wally's upgraded version from Tony in the flesh for the first time a few years ago and was never able to look at the regular one the same way. Like you said the fit of Tony's pattern is definitely a lot more form fitting and really tightens up the look!
