I don't have a ruler handy but they're smaller than 6"-- Neca has released about a dozen of these Halloween figures and they sell out immediately. These are great-- you'll likely have to buy a full set when they hit pre-orders if the previous releases are any indication. I love the early releases from the line-- they did a set from the 80s that didn't interest me but this wave is great!

I think the reason they’re smaller than 6 inches is because they are kids - they would still be 1/12 scale, I believe.

Wow! I love these too. These are something that could even force me to pay Ebay prices to make sure I get.

Randy you won't have to pay eBay prices-- if they follow the trajectory of the rest of the line, they'll be up for pre-order at BBTS, AmokTime, Entertainment Earth, NecaOnline and the like. They'll sell out fast but they'll be available.

Nice score, Ben, I have a friend who would climb mountains for that one-- one of the harder ones to find.

As I I've said before I don't actually collect anymore but these Ben Coopers really have my attention, especially since I had the Batman costume back in '72 and a school chum had the Joker one. It's really bringing back the memories. I have to also admit the Corgi '66 Batmobile reissues have slightly sparked something in me as well. Those were truly magical times bar none.

They actually had two that day, I had zero idea that they were scarce, otherwise I would have snagged both as a few folks have mentioned that they have been searching to no avail.

A few new pictures of Neca Batman figure.
Love the box. Notice the size callout like the Ben Cooper costume box.
The mask seems a little off to me, but I still love this figure.

You’re not wrong, Randy. the Batman mask seems a little angrier than the Ben Cooper mask. I think it also would’ve been cool to have included the little mouth slot in the masks, but, all-in-all, these are very fun figures.

There are so many variations on the mask-- I think they nailed the original '66 release.

Interesting...I never really noticed the differences. I think this is the version that I have and is probably my favorite.

Love that Dracula art on Andy's original box. lol

I have a bunch of the ones you have, Randy- those are late 70s-80s.
In a conversation I had with Ira Cooper a couple of years ago I asked about it saying BATMAN on the top of his head-- it was so parents and adults would know who you were supposed to be when you came Trick or Treating. Of course!

So often adults ask “so who are you supposed to be?”

It would be an interesting conversation regarding the evolution of the costumes from playsuits to the fire-retardant costumes. Batman went through several costume changes
