NECA probably won't see the need to make variations but I would have wanted to see the playsuit superior cloth costumes of Superman and Batman.

There are so many variations on the mask-- I think they nailed the original '66 release.
😳👍 They did!

I love these ! Neca is doing a great job on these. While Andy is right the Batman mask was nailed and originated in the later 60's then carried over into the 70s. These are all based on the early to mid 70's vinyl versions except for the Joker that was released in the late 80's. I would love to see some 50's /60's versions of the Ben Cooper Costumes.

The Joker is the only one I have no interest in-- makes sense that it was a late 80s thing-- I was an early to mid 70s Ben Cooper consumer and had long moved on to girls by the mid to late 80s. If I have the ability I'll just order Batman and Superman but if I have to get a whole set (as I expect) I'll just deal with the extra figures. It's such a fun line, just got the Glow in the Dark Skull Girl in the mail today.

I Agree Andy,
I probably will buy the whole set though if I can. I bought the first two waves but passed on the 3rd and 4th wave, I just had no interest in them. I'm a boomer raised in the 60's and came of age in the 70's. I have in my collection Ben Cooper, Collegville, and some Halco (they did several nice made up Super-hero ones), costumes in my collection. I really only like the costumes from the 40's, 50's and 60's. I have both the Batman and Superman play suits, (including a couple supergirl). I have the Batman play suit and Halloween costume from the 60's and the Superman play suits from Funtime and Ben Cooper, including the Funtime Supergirl play suit and Ben Cooper Costume. It was fun collecting all the different Ben Cooper Superman costumes from the 50's and 60's. I hope they do more Licensed characters, Green Hornet, Captain Action, The Scarecrow of Romney Marsh, Casper, Hot Stuff and Underdog to name a very few... . Ben Cooper did so many. The Munsters and the Addams Family would be cool as well.

Kindred spirits Steve!
Passed on the wave with Beetlejuice and Gremlins, I would have bought a Nosferatu but it's only available with other figures I have no interest in. I'll buy all of these if I have to-- I'd really love to see Spider-Man-- I think that might be my favorite BC Costume, although every year when my older sister would take me to the department store to pick out a costume I almost always got Batman. "Again?" she would laugh.

I was slow to act on these and missed Frankenstein and the Creature-- but Neca is doing them as Glow figures so I'll get another chance.

I would like to see them also make the Ben Cooper PLAYSUIT versions of Superman and Batman that were sold in high end stores. Those are better quality than the one you see in dime stores. I used to wear the Playsuit Superman costume every Halloween.

The playsuit Superman costume comes in three pieces and the shirt says at the bottom "Remember only Superman can fly."

I never wore any Superman mask in Halloween. I think Neca should have an option where you can make your own customized face of yourself as a kid and put it atop the figure.

The new Superman and Krypto trailer was very good.

The outfits appear to be a pleather type material, wasn’t expecting that.

My friend just received his Superhero Ben Cooper set. He preliminarily posed Batman and Superman and sent me the photos. The top photo is after adding the background.

He was inspired by the old Batman Aurora model pose for the solo Batman shot.

They look great!
