A restorer of Corgi vintage Bat vehicles and other assorted Corgi classics has found new life in customizing the reissues
A) adding red striping and detailing
B) adding lights and sounds
C) both options
While this is not his work, it is representative of his cars which you can see on the 1966 Batmobile threads, where he is a moderator.

I’m sure Tony and others were wondering if these newly issued cars might be the end of their restoration business. Now a new door has been opened, I hope someone can offer a screen accurate repaint of the new Batboat. I already have the Batcopter, a Corgi Bell 1/48 conversion (should be a layup for Corgi for an in scale chopper).

If Corgi could do so within the licensing agreement, it would be cool if they could do paint accurate Batboats.
