Yeah, the Julie Newmar and Eartha Kitt figures had detachable masks, so these are repeats, but with less. I guess useful only to mint-on-card collectors?
I had already customised a Catwoman, so when the two official ones arrived, I shortened Eartha's necklace and gave Julie's mask to my custom -- and she became Lee Meriwether!
