There has to be some consumer interest there to motivate WB to obtain Craig's likeness. From the script information and photos i've seen of the DCEU Batgirl, this will be a very different characterization, look, etc., so if anything, collectors should expect (at the very least) a 6-inch figure based on the movie character. Perhaps a Hot Toys version, as well.rickkrefft wrote: ↑Sat Feb 19, 2022 2:47 pm And the new Batgirl film comes out this year, it will be silly if DC/WB doesn’t try to get Yvonne’s likeness back in the game. McFarlane would definitely make Batgirl to tie in with that film.

In 1989, Warners and DC were very strict on licensing to do with any other version of "Batman". The TV series wasn't allowed to go into syndication for about a year, IIRC. My "Batman" club were warned not to use anything associated with the TV to promote the movie, even down to the use of Bat-prefixes in titles of our articles.rickkrefft wrote: ↑Sat Feb 19, 2022 2:47 pm And the new Batgirl film comes out this year, it will be silly if DC/WB doesn’t try to get Yvonne’s likeness back in the game. With a new "Batgirl" coming, I would doubt new Yvonne toys in her likeness were around the corner. Recent Batgirl toys and kids books have been the new younger-look teen Batgirl of the comics (and, for a while, her Lego Movie likeness).

GAAAAKKKKKK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Batgirl toys that I have seen are better than that batgirl that came just before. Rather than either one of those, personally I'd prefer how She looked in "Birds of Prey".

This weekend McFarlane is showing reveals for the new toy lines and I'm hoping they preview the Julie Newmar Catwoman. They already showed their Eartha Kitt.
McFarlane will not make the Yvonne Craig Batgirl because of an obstacle with her estate.
Once they resolve the rights issue, I'm hoping Hot Toys FINALLY reveals their rumored Yvonne Craig Batgirl with the continued interest of '66 Batman and JazzInc possibly making the 1/6 Batgirl motorcycle.

I just hope we get a 1966 Bat-Signal someday! There are versions for The Dark Knight, the 1992 animated series, and even the new Pattison movie on the market but not the 1966 series yet.

Re: McFarlane Toys doing Batman 66 figures?
There was a '66 Bat Signal offered by Todd Mello a bunch of years ago...

I still haven’t been able to find any Unmasked Robin. Hope to even come upon a damaged one…

Thanks, Lou. But, even when available, you’re never assured the variant.Lou Szabo wrote: ↑Mon Mar 07, 2022 9:17 pm Keep your eyes on this page

I broke down and picked up the Batman, Robin, Riddler, and Joker figures and pre-ordered the Penguin and Eartha Catwoman figures. I held off on the boxing and surfing variants along with the maskless Batman for the time being. It is cool seeing them in Target.
