Just picked up FTC's Wave 4 of the 1966 Batman figures and also got FTC's repro 1974 Mego Batcave Set. "Me so happy!" - if I may quote Bizarro Superman.

Within the last week I got the 1/4 Neca Robin and the 7" Adam West Batman. Within the last month I got my Batman " To The Batcave " maquette. Going to order the Robin maquette soon I believe.

Several decks of comics related playing cards, including one deck that features photos from the TV series. Some thought went into this, because all of the Queens are Catwoman images...even the Queen of Diamonds. I can only guess that Caroline Jones image was not licensed although some of the villains other than the Big 4 do appear. Both of the Jokers were actually photos of the Joker. The image quality isn't that great on the TV series ones, but the decks are very inexpensive.

I also bought the Batman comics deck and the DC originals deck. The comic deck features a mix of classic covers, nothing newer than the 1980s, and Jose Luis Garcia Lopez images. The DC original deck only has one Batman card although it does feature several villains, along with Batgirl, Robin and Nightwing. This entire deck consists of Garcia Lopez merchandising images from the 80s.

You may want to stay away from the Joker and Harley Quinn decks. The Joker deck has mostly modern images and the "classic" images were mostly in the Batman deck as well. The Harley deck used each image twice whereas the other deck had a unique image on each card.

Went to see the new Bond Movie Friday and stopped by my Local TRU happily enough, they had the 7" Batman '66 from NECA.

here he is with his little Brother from Mattel

and finally, his live-action successor (and plastic predecessor)....NECA Batman 1989

Just picked it up a few minutes ago. I walked across the street from my office to send a gift FedEx and it caught my eye on the way out. They have a small rack of novelty items. They seem a little out of place in FedEx, but no complaints here.

They had a few Hallmark ornaments, but no Batman. They also had a few decks of playing cards, but comic book Batman only, not the 1966 deck. Anyway, this was the only key chain. I wasted zero time in deciding. It was only $4.00

A couple of new items I picked up at Kohl's: Batman pajama set with '66 logo on the shirt. And this awesome little tin containing a pair of cotton Batman boxer shorts. The tin is designed to look like an old-fashioned console television set and is printed on all sides. After removing the boxers, the tin can become a coin bank.

I pass near a Kohls on my work commute. Looks like I'll be a few minutes late tomorrow. I already have three of that shirt, but it's still worth it just for the tin. Awesome.
