DO NOT GO TO THAT SITE - IT'S BEEN HACKED.
I got a popup from some outfit with a Romanian address talking about "monetizing your website" which would not let me close the page. I know damn well not to click on such a thing so I did a shutdown and restart. So far so good. I did a screenshot just before shutting down:
