Does not appear to be painted on like the marks on the suit are. Looks like shiny, raised material that has been cut and adhered to the hat.
Does anyone know the exact style description for this bowler hat? It has a unique front brim that's flat at the edge that does not look like others I've seen.
That's interesting! The "?" looks identical to his 3 piece suit as well. Thanks for the screen grab! It look like it is puffy as well? Any suggestions?
To my eye (thanks to AP's great Blu-Ray caps) it appears to be a heavy (felt?) fabric cut-out question mark embellished with what reads like glitter glue.
Hey E-2! I'm making my hat like this. A couple nights ago I put the glitter glue on the foam, laid it thick. But when it dried the next day it flattened out. I put another coat on yesterday and it is starting to dry more and flatten out again. I figure I'll probably have to do one more coat before I get it to how I want. Did you have this problem? Or did you just put the glue on once? Thanks!
Thanks for the tip! I think I will just put it on the hat as is though. I've given it three coats. And though it's pretty flat, I think it looks good and will stand out!
