I always thought Yvonne Craig looked far prettier without that cowl & wig; and would LOVE to see a decent picture of her costumed but bare-headed. The only time she ever seems to have appeared thus onscreen was in the unaired pilot (below). Has anyone ever come across any other photos of her like that...?

I have seen a photo of Yvonne standing next to Ethel Merman in the racetrack episode where she is having her make up and hair looked after - she is without the cowl.
