Re: Shakespeare bust appearance

The prop from the show does show up in the background of an episode of the John Larroquette show in the mid 90's. There was an episode where John takes a writing class and the bust is on a table in the background, just a couple of quick glances of it. I believe the episode is called "Master Class" f...

Re: NEW Hot Toys "COSBABY" 66 Batman Figures!!!

Just ordered mine! Pretty decent price considering that you get the whole set. (I was a bit surprised though that Batman & Robin are a larger scale than the villains). I always liked the design of the Cosbabies. I saw recently that they were doing the Keaton Batman figures (along with his batmobile,...

Re: Hamilton Collection Batman sculpture

Strange! This item was pulled off of the site pretty quickly, so I assume they scrapped plans to produce the sculpture. Today I received a postcard from The Hamilton Collection stating that there is a shipping delay on this item, they now expect it to ship on 4/14/20. I'll let you all know if I real...

Re: Hamilton Collection Batman sculpture

They offer the option of 5-installment payments, which is helpful. You can get it home after the 1st installment and see it in person that way. They say that you can return for a full refund for any reason ("satisfaction guaranteed, free returns within 365 days), which I have found to be true in my ...

Can't wait Chuck! My previous attempts at matching this color with a mixture of RIT colors have been unsatisfactory. Really looking forward to finally having the correct shade!

Hamilton Collection Batman sculpture

In case you haven't seen this, they are taking orders for this light-up sculpture at The Hamilton Collection. I imagine it will only get produced if they receive sufficient orders. It has a higher price-tag, but looks very cool. And in my opinion, the sculpture really captures the feel of the show. ...

Re: New Mezco Figure

I think it looks fantastic. He comes with an alternate head/expression, multiple sets of hands, batarang, bat-radio and batshield. Here is a link to a page with some additional photos: https://batman-news.com/2019/02/16/mezco-toy-fair-2019/ And most interesting.... according to batman-news.com: "If ...

Hallmark itty bittys Batmobile with Batman

I love surprises! Needed to stop into my local Hallmark store this evening and found this fun item. They had previously released itty bittys plush toys from the Batman TV Series of Batman & Robin (and also a Riddler that came with the classic TV logo on the tag, but did not look anything like Riddle...

Bradford Exchange glitter globe

Received this from Bradford Exchange this week. I was very pleased. I think it is a lot of fun. It takes batteries or an adapter (neither is included). When switched on, it plays a full refrain of the Batman TV theme song and the batmobile rotates around the atomic pile inside the batcave. It has 2 ...

Re: The Latest Batman Item You've Acquired?

Where did you find this set of Underoos? I looked online for them and couldn't find it online. I ordered them from a Seller on Ebay. I am sad to report that the item I received did not match the auction's photo. The packaging I received only showed a comic book representation of Batman. The shirt d...

Re: The Latest Batman Item You've Acquired?

Just ordered these! I guess this particular style of Underoos has been available previously, but this is the 1st I have seen with Adam West's photo and the "Classic TV Batman" logo on the packaging. What fun!

Tweeterhead maquettes display

I have been trying to figure out how to best display my Tweeterhead maquettes. To this point, I have had them on several shelves of a glass curio cabinet. But they are so heavy, that I worry about the glass shelves. I also would really like to have them displayed all together. So this is what I have...

Re: Build a 1:8 scale Batmobile with Eaglemoss

I have not made the plunge yet, so I am not speaking from experience. But... the deluxe version (the more expensive version with the figures) is $14.35 per issue including shipping. So, $1,435.00 in total after 100 issues. (I know, still a ton of money). The issues are weekly, but they do state that...
