Best Buy exclusive version of ROTCC

I happened to see that Best Buy has an exclusive version of the Blu-Ray version of ROTCC. It comes with a novelization of the movie. The book comes in a special slip-case, so it is the same size as the Blu-Ray. It's not on sale during the Black Friday sale. Here it is on their web site:

It's not a novelization of the movie. The book contains 7 reprinted issues of the Batman '66 comic series.

Thanks for the clarification. The sticker on the package led me to believe the comic was specificially for the movie.

In other news, I have changed the subject line to let folks know (if you don't already) there is another exclusive version at Target - a Steelbook presentation. And apparently the Steelbook uses the artist's original artwork! Here's a note from his Facebook page regarding the difference:
