Yes, yes! Details on WHAT "rarities from the vault?!" Or as Frank once phrased it best, "Every GREEDY bone in my body cries out HAZZAH! HAZZAH!" (crazed giggling.) :P

I wonder why nothing is mentioned on the box itself.

The back of the box reads: BLU RAY SPECIFICATIONS - 1080P High Definition 1:33:1, Dolby Digital: English 1.0, Francais 1.0 (Except Season 3).
I don’t have any plans to watch the show in French, but I wonder why season three is an exception? That’s not a complaint, just curiosity.

Maybe by stating "Dolby Digital: English 1.0, Francais 1.0 (expect season 3)" it was supposed to mean there will be both English & French on seasons 1 & 2 however there will not be any sound at all on season 3 episodes. HAHA Kidding

On a serious note, While I also don't care if french audio is included (since I will never use it) it is kind of strange that they didnt include it on the whole series.

Also I am very interested in what it means by "Bat Rarities! Straight from the vault" could this perhaps mean we might see the Batgirl Pilot or some promotional ads related to the show? I hope so!

Hey Guys/Gals,

I haven't had a chance to read thru all 50-something pages (and I apologize if this issue has already been brought up), but is anyone else kinda bummed that the digital copies are Ultraviolet and not iTunes?

Just curious as I (personally) am not a fan of Ultraviolet. Any thoughts/comments?

Thanks,
Jeremy

Yeah I agree as I am not a fan of ultraviolet. I much prefer a digital copy through itunes or google play. I redeemed 4 or 5 ultraviolet copies a few months ago & for some reason they no longer show up in my library & I can't figure out why. However I have several digital copies of movies through itunes & googleplay which I redeemed about a year ago & they are all still there without issues. To me ultraviolet is both unreliable & difficult compared to digital copies

It seems Warner Bros must have some deal with Ultraviolet, since all their "digital copies" that you get with the straight-to-video animations, seem to all be Ultraviolet copies. I've had nothing but problems with them. I also get the same thing where some movies wont show up in my library. Frustrating!

I've never had 1 issue with iTunes.

It really is a bummer. Not a deal breaker, just a bummer. IMO.

Back in the mid-1980's I was doing some work for Adam West.

William Dozier, Charles Fitzsimons and Mr. West all recalled gag reels being shown at the wrap parties for (at least) the first two seasons. The bloopers were shown on interlocked 35mm picture and magnetic tracks. Sadly, nobody knows what happened to the footage.

I can tell you that I am providing some unique material to the set, including something very rare that has not been seen since early January, 1966.

I can say no more!

January 1966 would be a bit early for a wrap party... hmm. Wonder what that date might signify.

It could be the "Batman is coming" promos that ABC ran in the weeks leading up to the series. I do not recall ever having seen them on Youtube or elsewhere.
He flies and fights-BATMAN!
Purity and virtue-BATMAN!
Cowards run away!
Batman saves the day!
Also, Boy Wonder Robin.
Batman and Robin-caped crusaders at night!
BIFF! POW! BAM! BATMAN!
